Practical sessions on tools you already own or free options in the market, built around real work so teams can try a useful capability without adding another license.

We close the gap between what you know, what you own, and what people hear — so decisions are defensible, tools are used, and stories stick.
Five independent professional services from one founder, each built around a clear business need — from smarter technology choices to sharper marketing and communication.

Each one has its own focus, scope, and point of view. Choose the challenge that sounds most like yours.
Turning technology choices into adoption, and expertise into messaging that people choose to follow
Chelsea is the Founder & CEO of New Horizons Launch, an Atlanta-based consultancy built for US organizations that want the right tech stack, real adoption, spot-on marketing, and comms that actually land.
She’s spent over 15 years partnering with tech teams and law firms in roles across Solutions Consulting, Customer Experience, Relationship Management, and Revenue & Legal Operations.
New Horizons Launch is the answer to a simple problem — great organizations make smart investments in technology and expertise, but those investments don’t automatically become adoption, or messaging that sticks. Chelsea started the consultancy to close that gap.
Follow the ideas shaping New Horizons Launch.
